My android phone(cherry mobile) can't be turn on

[Android Central Question]

If I press the turn on/off in the side, It only shows blue/black screen. If I press it harder it vibrates and show a brighter blue screen then black again. I tried pressing it 3 consecutive times and it works, bringing me in my lockscreen the touchscreen also works well but it's only the matter of seconds and the numbers and letters will turn red and the blackscreen will be back again. Please help me, I still have a lot of school works in there.
