my android system became slower after installing updates

i have a galaxy core 2 mobile phone ...it's basic version of android is kitkat (4.4.2) ,, from time to time the system telling me to download updates.. but when i downloaded the last update for the system it became slower....is there any way to downgrade the last update ...plz someone help
