My Android tablet will not turn on. What do I do?

Ok. I am starting over. I have an Android tablet, 4.2, I think the model number is RCT6272W23. It is an RCA brand. It will not turn on. I have tried charging it overnight and it still will not turn on. I also had other problems with it. I could not get on the internet, but my email downloaded alright. Not sure what could be the problem, but would appreciate any help. Thanks, SWiggins188
