My AT&T app not launching

Anyone having issues with the My AT&T app not working? I click the app and it just says stopped working.

I'm on the April release and cleared data and cache from the app with no luck. I then reinstalled but still no luck.

Just checked, and I was able to load the My ATT app fine. I also am on the April release.

Just tested mine and it's working. Try clearing the data on your app.

I am rooted and using Flash Kernal but I'm not sure that should matter.

kinda baffled as I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still no luck. when I get the time, I'll make a backup and restore to factory if need be.

Ah yeah I'm all stock. Used to root years ago but lost interest since no benefit for me.

I use it for a quick check once in a while but I normally pay my bills all online via a PC.

Yeah mainly consumption for me. I seem to average around 1.2-1.5 TB a month (we stream all our TV through DirecTV NOW).

same here wont open, just deleted reinstalled still wont load.

No issues. On a side note at&t sucks.

on other piece of info, I flashed the entire April image using the flash-all bat.
