my baseband version is different from the baseband version of device frimware when ?

I find out that my baseband version which is J710FXXU1APCD is different from baseband version of frimware which i found in samsony web site can you please tell me the resion?

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you have a Galaxy J7 from 2016, right? Did you buy it brand new from Samsung, or did you get it used from somewhere else? It sounds like someone flashed a different firmware at some point.

Your device simply has a very old software version installed - it appears as though it has never had any updates done to it, and is still running the very first version from when the phone was originally released. The newest/latest firmware version available for your model is J710FXXS6CTC1

In general, without breaking down the actual configuration of the firmware name ( need a new thread for that ), every version of the firmware ( update ) will have a different name to it.
Very basically the firmware name tells : model number, android version, year, month, revision number.
Website like, Sammobile, Updato, Samfrew ( and others ) will generally show newest ( latest ) firmware first and then works backwards to previous versions.
I think this is what the OP is talking about in regards to websites and what is on there phone.
