Ever since I did a factory restore on my phone, tweeked the settings, and installed juice defender I can go about 24 hours with moderate/heavy use.

Im at 95% since 7 am with moderate - heavy use.

Anyone else just seeing a drastic improvement with their battery life?

I was thinking about returning this phone but I love it now.

I didn't even have to do a factory reset thankfully, just installed juice defender about 5 days ago and my phone's been a monster ever since. with wifi on I can easily go 24 hours without needing a recharge and usually lose 50 or 60% of the battery at the most. On days like today where I go almost all day on 4G I can easily go 12+ hours before needing to think about charging, and if I switch to wifi sometime during that time I can easily make it in the 14-18 hour range.

I have and I also noticed that once the battery gets in the 50% range it seems to drain a lot slower. Last night when I got to 50% I tried to drain it as low as I could before plugging it in when I went to bed. I turned off my computer and started simply using my phone to surf the web and play some angry birds, etc. At about two hours of pretty constant use I only drained to to about 42%.

I agree. I remember I got a warning message that my battery went below 15% last night and it seemed to stay on forever after that. It just get chugging along.

I have had ZERO complaints about the battery. It is performing as good, if not better than, any Android phone I've ever had.

Well what is weird to me is my battery was awful until about a week into it and then it was great after being broken in. However the last two days now it is horrible!! It goes from 100% to 40% in 2 hours easy. Half of the time that is on standby :o

What did you lose or have to re-set after you did the factory restore?

I had a heck of a time getting my email set up and don't want to have to go through THAT again.

I was reading the reviews and some were saying it didn't work on Thunderbolt - that has not been your experience, I take it?

Are you using the free version or paid version?

Why did you do the factory restore in the first place?

i find battery life to be extremely erratic... on saturday, i went out, 2 hrs later, i was down to 55% battery with moderate use (but i was in the subway, so clearly being in an out of service area kills battery life like no other)... then on sunday, i unplugged it, spoke on the phone for about an hr... and then left it on a table for the rest of the day... end of the day (about 10 hrs later) i still had 60% battery... so yeah... very very erratic... cant seem to figure out why -.-

today... ive been unplugged for 5 hrs, checked email a couple of times, got some twitter updates, and im currently at 79%

I've also noticed my battery improving. Yesterday I took it off the charger at about 9am, and put it back on the charger at about 12:30am. It went through my usual usage (I'd say about moderate), and the battery was down to about 40%, maybe a little less. 3g area though.

No problems here at all ... If its not the juice defender working than I couldn't explain it unless my phone has some kind of nuclear powered battery ... I am using the free version

After I "reset" the phone, mostly everything was recovered. I had to set a few accounts back up but all of my apps and what not magically re appeared after I reset the phone. I wasnt expecting that...

I read on here somewhere that a factory restore helped with the battery life. I was desperate at the time so I gave it a shot. Im not sure if that helped or not but it is a lot better after I did it.

What do you mean by "accounts" - What I need to know is, did you have to set up your email accounts again?

Apps are easy, even if I have to BUY them again no big deal - apps are cheap.
