my battery indicator on lenovo k3 note always shows 100% full of charge and not indicating the draining part of the battery... it suddenly goes dead without charge without we realising the charge is dradinig...

Try a Cache Partition wipe. If no go, try Safe Mode. If no go, a good and trustworthy third-party battery monitoring app may be worth trying....choose one that will show the battery charge percentage in the status bar, and see whether that works. If not, the battery chip may be faulty, or there may be a software problem.
