My battery stop charging in 85%

Hi
I have note 4 T-Mobile and I have a problem when I charge it it charge to 85% in a good time then it is stopped in 85% without increasing , I try another charger, clear cash,hard reset.factory reset .
But no changes at all any one have idea

How long have you had the phone and how hard have you used the battery? It sounds like something may be wrong with the battery and it cannot accept enough voltage to be considered "charged" by the phone. If the phone continues to try to charge a battery beyond the point where the battery is accepting a charge, it's possible (especially if this is an inexpensive third-party battery) that it could be damaging the battery even further.

Very first step is to replace the battery. If the phone is very new, ask T-Mobile to replace the battery as a first step before replacing the phone for you.

Regardless, Note 4 batteries are pretty inexpensive. If it's out of warranty/return or T-mo won't help you, you should be able to find a Samsung battery or a quality third party replacement in the $15-30 range, depending on whether you want an external charger to go with it.
