My BeatsPill+ isnt connecting to bluetooth on my phone?

[AC Question]

I just got the BeatsPill+, and the first day it connected fine and worked amazingly.

Today I came back and tried to connect the device onto my Samsung Galaxy 4, it showed up fine but when I attempt to pair it, it displays a error message saying "Unable to communicate with BeatsPill+."

Please help, thank you.

Ive already tried charging it.

Restart both the phone and the beats device and try again
