the iphone 4 sucks in any light...
This may have been asked, if so sorry.
Is the screen similar to the Droid X as opposed to say the Thunderbolt? Meaning is it thinner like the x or a little wider like the Thunderbolt?
Thanks
It's on the you tube videos. I don"t find web pages load slowly at all. Heavy flash websites load more slowly, but generally faster than a computer, even on 4gBworley, I've followed much of this thread, but it's possible I have missed this.
Would you happen to have a ping times from speedtest.com? On your outdoors pentile display video, loading Bloomberg.com (I know it was the full site) seemed slightly bogged down by a slow ping time.
Overall, what are your impression regarding how fast real webpages load, not speedtest tests? If you could post a video with you browsing several real-life websites that would be great. This would be particularly useful for sites with fixed tabs say NFL, or ESPN, or BBC.
Thanks
It's like the bastard child of a DX and a TBolt as far as size is concerned. I hope to shoot some video of Bionic and Tbolt side by side, cool? It is much lighter and thinner than tboltThis may have been asked, if so sorry.

To everyone...please no Iphone bashing. I am partial to Android, and I own no Apple products (wife has an Ipad). Apple is a great American company that makes excellent devices. What we have here is competition, which is great. Please don't ruin this thread with nonsense. I like Apple as a company and what it does. I prefer the entire Android ecosystem. This thread is a celebration and a sneak peek of a spectacular device. This is no place to bash. I was always taught to cheer for your team, not against the other team.Leave it alone. Some people love their iPhones and we really don't need to spend time bashing it here. As a wise forum moderator once said, "Leave the fanboy baggage at the door".
Whether the Bionic is bright enough in the sun is important though, and i'm almost more curious about how the auto brightness fares in that kind of light. Some of my other phones are terrible about adjusting to full brightness in the sun. If I set it manually on some of them, they're perfectly usable in sunlight. If I let them do it on their own, I can hardly see the screen.

Today should be a relatively "normal" day of usage for me. I will let you know how long the battery lasts. Took off the charger at around 7:30 CST this morning. Will not use wifi as I have 4g, which is rediculously fast.
it wasnt you or the phone. it was the camera. doing everything on phone with one hand, filming with the other. it has no issues like thatThanks for the video!!
Was it me or when you double tapped to zoom in, it didnt reorganize the text to be readable with out scrolling to the side?
