bworley50,
Thank you for all of the information and videos!! Pretty much any and, possibly, every question
I had about the Bionic have been answered in this thread.
I've been an avid WebOS since 09. I've held on and wanted to believe it can/would survive, but had a "what the hell is wrong with me" moment last month a few days before HP pulled the plug <insert "HP screwed the pooch" rant here/>. It's time to let go of WebOS :-X. I'm still trying to decide what to do with the Pre Plus this weekend - An office space moment in the backyard sounds pretty good

.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know how awesome the Android community seems. And If the majority of posts in this thread alone are any indication of how great this community is, I feel like I've made the right community and mobile OS choice!
Also, as an FYI, I got a call this past Saturday from VZW rep (that I talked to last month) asking if I was interested in the Bionic coming out on the 8th. Of course I said yes, and he said he would hold one for me. I stopped by my local VZw store this evening in an attempt to talk through pricing and gather any other information they were willing to give up about the Bionic. Needless to say I got the "Prices aren't in our system yet", "we don't have any devices in yet", and "I don't know anything about the device" lines. Less than five minutes later I had some chick pulling out the lapdock accessory, talking about how awesome this phone is, telling me about other accessories, and even opened a brand new box and let me hold one (no battery though) - One word: Awesomeness. As I was heading out of the door I heard some guy, who was getting hammered by a rep to buy the Droid 3, say "wait a minute, what was that phone?", lol. I also counted roughly 25 phones sitting in the cabinet.
Only 36 hours and 33 minutes left to wait
