My Blu studio G doesn't want to start when I turn it on.

I tried to update my Blu studio G and the download was finished but when it was going to update it just staied on the screen with the little android guy (I'm guessing factory settings) and it ses no system update or something like that, and I don't know what to do. HELP!!

Hi, try booting the device in to recovery mode and seeing if you can hard reset it from there - this might resolve the issue.
