My bluetooth won't pair or connect with anything (Note 8)

My bluetooth just stopped connecting one day. And when I tried to re-pair my devices it won't even do that now. It can find the devices but wont pair. It used to connect with my car, wireless earbuds and speaker and now wont pair or connecr with anything. I've tried everything outside of a factory reset. Am I missing anything?

It sounds as if the Bluetooth transmitter went bad. The phone needs a repair shop.
