My call quality and biometrics issues in moto edge 30

[Android Central Question]

While connecting to a call using wired earphones I can't hear the other end user loudly. The audio is very low on sound.

While opening banking apps phones not asking for biometrics even though it's been set up.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you test those earphones on another device? Or can you test another pair of earphones on your phone?

Are you saying biometrics have been set up in the banking apps themselves, or that biometrics have been set up in your system settings, but the banking apps aren't giving you the option to use biometrics?

Which banking apps ?

Can you unlock your device without fingerprint scanner even though it's set-up also?

@mustang7757 while opening the phone the biometrics is working good .. but while I use the banking app the inbuilt biometrics sometimes doesn't appear instead it straight goes to the banking app.

For that banking app if you uninstall then install again will it give same problem?
