I use the Otterbox Defender case and wanted a car mount because I listen to music and sports talk.
I ordered the mount and universal cradle holder from ram-mount.com, about $30.
I attached the bottom of the mount to the bottom of the removable cup holder.
My power is right behind it and the audio in cable stretches a little bit but not too messy.
