My cherry mobile magnum 10 doesn't open anymore and i do not know why, please help me.

My device is cherry mobile, magnum 10. My tablet was unfortunately 10 percent, i left it charging and i came back and it was stuck on the loading screen (the loading screen when you turn off your device) and then i tried opening it, but it doesn't open, so i left it for a few hours while to see if it will work but it didn't. I tried pressing the turn on button for a long time like a did earlier but it didn't work, after a few more tries, something happened, the screen just shut off. I charged it again and nothing happened. Please help.

Hi there. I read that this tablet was given to students in Manila by the government. How long have you had it for? It sounds like the battery or some other hardware may have failed. Is it under warranty? Does the government in Manila have a support service where you can get it fixed?

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with Kizzy Catwoman -- it sounds like either a failed battery or some other hardware failure (like the motherboard). You'll probably have to bring it to a repair shop. Good luck!
