my christmas present. please help

Hi. (No section on the forum for vodafone phones so didnt know where to put this thread?)

My wife just got me the Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 and when i try downloading really popular games like FAMILY GUY or CLASH OF CLANS or BOOM BEACH it says device does not support app (or words to that effect)

Please help. Very common games. What am i doing wrong? We dont have much money and i know its a cheap phone but my wife saved to buy me this.

It may simply be that the phone's hardware specs cannot support those apps.

What EXACTLY does the message say and where/when does it actually occur?

Think of it like a PC, with minimum specs required etc. Unfortunately the specs of the phone are not enough for the game to run I suspect.

I guess at least some of these games should work on your device, that is, if you have enough storage available. If you could share any specific error message or error code, that'd help.
