My Computer Doesn't See My S5

When I plugged my Galaxy S5 into the USB port on my Windows 10 laptop, I would get a File Manager pop up showing me the files on my phone. After a recent Windows update, I still get the pop up, but it's empty.

How do I connect them again? I went into devices in the Control Panel, but that was useless.
