My concert hall and surround settings won't shut off ???

Tried clearing cache etc I turn them off click out and click back in and they're back on

You have to have your headphones plugged in and music player on to do settings....

I remember I also had such problems with the equipment for the concert. Of course, at first, I tried to fix everything myself. But all that I did was clearing the cache, but it didn't help. I think its a strong possibility they moved on from this device, its been 4 years .
