My DNA is on JB 4.1.1 and says no new software avail

My phone came from VZW with sim card in it. They said I can use a paper clip or small pin..

Where do I put this to remove the SIM card?

The sim tray is to the right of the power button. There is a small hole on the right side of the sim tray. Insert the paper clip in the hole and the sim card will pop out.

There should have been a tool in the box that can also remove the sim card. Its a small silver square with a little point. It also says HTC on it
