My EVO is randomly restarting...

I've had it about 6-7 hours now and this last hour or 2 it has begin randomly restarting. I doesnt look like its updating or anything. Just restarts randomly.

Thoughts?

I just got mine and its doing the same thing. I'm not even sure how to update my phone. I know people were saying to update it and I'm not sure how. This is my first Android phone.
