My flare J2s cant connect to wifi

[Android Central Question]

When I try to scan for networks/connection,my mobile can easily find networks but when I try to connect,it says CONNECTED but there's no access.

Welcome to Android Central! Are these public wi-fi networks? Can you connect to your own home network? Remember, just because your phone can connect to some random public network doesn't mean that the network actually has web access.

Is this home WiFi? You tried restarting the router?
