my G3 will not power up.....HELP

I received a text, went to look at it and my phone just powered off, It will not start, it was 50% charged, I just plugged it in to recharge, but the light did not come on. help me

Did you put a custom ROM or recovery on your device? If not, and you are within a year from purchase, take it to your carrier. This seems like something went wrong with your ROM, basically it sounds like a bricked device.

There is an issue with some S3's that cause them to spontaneously die and not power up again. You'll have to send it in if all else fails.
