My Galaxy 4 tablet has grayed out the wifi and won't let me turn it back on, how can I get it to turn back on?

my blue tooth turned itself on and when i turned it off the wifi grayed out and i tried the factory rest and it still wont turn back on. the wifi

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have the Tab 4? This is the S4 forum, which is a phone.

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11558

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
