Why would you want to? Running the battery down to 20% all the time is a good way to kill it quickly. 30% isn't too healthy. 40% should be your "recharge or turn off" point. Lithium batteries aren't used in phones because they can be deeply discharged, only because they're light for the amount of power they deliver. (And you don't want to carry a 5 pound lead-acid battery around with you.)
