My Galaxy J1 says Device Memory Full?

My Samsung Galaxy J1My phone is deleting things from my SD card when I clear files from the Device Memory in Settings. I have deleted all my apps and moved what I could to a 32gb SD card. Now I cant open the Gallery at all, a pop up says the memory is too full???

Have you tried removing the SD card and rebooting? I wonder if there is a problem with the card itself.
