My galaxy Note 8 keep saying invalid sims

[Android Central Question]

I can restart my phone and it will work for awhile and the stop. A message will appear that says invalid aims and contact Sprint to unlock the device. This phone has never been taken out the protective case or damaged in any way. Why is my phone doing this? I've had this phone less then 3 months. Can anybody help me?? Please!!!!!

maybe the sim is faulty, maybe get Sprint to send a replacement to at rule that out first

If the message is to contact Sprint, why haven't you contacted Sprint?

I got the same message this morning and restarted my phone and it's been fine, sounds like a Sprint problem, I have Sprint too. And I didn't contact Sprint because it was 5AM and I was leaving for work, there aren't any Sprint stores open at that time. Pretty sure I would have had to get a new sim card if it kept happening.

Having the same issue as the first person. If I restart it works for a bit but then tells me the sim is invalid and I need to contact sprint to unlock the device. I contacted them and went through several steps but the problem persists. I'm going to the store to get a new sim card later. Hope that fixes it.
