My galaxy s3 mini data connection does not show when turned on

Dear sir,

I have a data connection problem; anytime I turn my data on, the signal becomes unstable and goes on and off

and affect the internet services. Sometimes it does not show at all so I turn off the phone for some minutes and reboot before it works but now I have tried both methods and non of them seems to work at all.

I cannot browse even when the data is turned on, I do I fix this please?

Is this mobile data and Wi-Fi or just mobile data? If it's just mobile data then try Wi-Fi and see if you're experiencing any issues. What's your mobile data signal strength like in your location?
