My Galaxy S4 phone isn't compatable with certain apps from the Google Playstore

This is the message I get when trying to download certain apps from the Google Playstore. This has not happened before. Certain apps that I already had on my phone will give me the same message. I have recently install Norton security on my phone. I did remove Norton from my phone to see if this was the problem but it still doesn't help.

This is not uncommon, some of the newer apps and updates for existing apps are no longer compatible with older OS, or apps specifically designed for either phone or tablet. It can be a major problem if you do a factory reset and then try to load your apps again as some will no longer be compatible.
