My CDMA Galaxy s5 running from Verizon Towers will not switch from 3G to 4G LTE. I have the network settings switched to LTE/CDMA. Verizon says their towers are working fine and i am in their LTE coverage zone, and ive tried restarting my device numerous times and nothing works. When i try turning the power off and removing battery and powering back on, my LTE is turned on for about 5 minutes and then it switches back to 3G. Help!

Try downloading and flashing the stock Verizon firmware by following the instructions and video in the links of #1.11 of 42 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide. This will replace your modem firmware with a fresh copy.
