AC Question

I'm holding the home and power button at the same time and it does not take a screen shot... I go to my Gallery and there's 1 item under Screenshots, a blank white page. It shouldn't be this hard to take a screen shot - perhaps I'm doing something wrong?

With the new update, it turns the screenshot assistance app off. So the way to fix it is to Go into your settings, then click Applications to get the pull down bar, the click to go into your Default Applications, Once you're there Click Device assistance app, and turn your Capture/Access screenshots back on, and you'll be able to screenshot again.

I had this issue and fixed it playing around in the settings. Go to application management click in the top right hand corner. Click on apps that can appear on top. When that comes up click on the top right hand side again and click on show all apps. Scroll down to system UI and turn it on. It worked for me I hope it works for y'all.

Hello

When i try to swipe the screen, nothing happens. I try hit the side buttons same time, i get control screen with power off, restart and emergency mode. How to fix?
is my phone broken?

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried the suggestion that is a couple posts up from yours?

Hey,
When ever i have tried to screenshot it just comes up "unfortunately, system UI has stopped." After i press "ok" it continues to pop up about 3-6 times.
I have tried to fix it but i can't. It just simply won't work.
I feel my only other option is to factory reset. But i really don't want to...
Ugh!!
