My Galaxy S6 has an unresponsive soft key, how can I fix it?

Galaxy s6 unresponsive soft key

So I've had my s6 about a month now and my task manager soft key works onlyrics on rare Occasions. Majority of the time is doesnt work. My other soft key (back button) works perfectly fine. Any ideas what's wrong with it... it's extremely frustrating. Thanks.

It could be defective, are you able to take it back and get it swapped out?
