my galaxy s6 is imei locked and the phone is blocked .. how can it be unlocked here in Pakistan

i recently bought the galaxy s6 from an online buy and sell website (OLX) here in pakistan
and after 3 days my cousin bough it from me now yesterday he just told me that the phone was stolen or something and it is blocked

how can i unlock it .

If a phone is IMEI blocked that usually means an unpaid phone or a stolen phone.

Please contact a carrier to return the phone. We do not condone talking about how to change this as it's illegal.
