My Galaxy s6 was infected by virus that says "Your device has infected by virus, hit OK to fix"... after that my device is not charging. I tried master reset several times. It took charge only once. Now it is not charging. What to do? Thanks in advance.

Have tried connecting to the samsung kies? is it connecting? Try clearing cache once before you getting connected with the kies.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21007 If not, then something you installed is likely causing the problem. Uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away--or, conversely, do a factory reset, and then go immediately to the Play Store to prevent any app from reinstalling. Then reinstall apps one by one to see if the problem comes back.
