My Galaxy S7 has still not gotten 7.0

My galaxy S7 has not gotten android 7.0 yet. I did ask this question already and I didn't get an answer. It is at&t branded and currently running 6.0.1. Here is a screenshot of device info

Welcome to the forums. If you have a local Best Buy with a Samsung center near you you can see if they can load 7.0 on your device. Their process may do a factory reset on the phone, so I would back up all your important data.

Go into settings and manually check for a update not only am I on 7.0 but yesterday on smartswitch doing a backup Nugget did a major update, was however disappointed to see that it wasn't 7.1

Agreed! When I got N, I found out by manually checking for an update. Wasn't pushed at all. Seems like a good thing to manually check for updates at least once / month.

If you go to your carrier's website, can you see what software version they're managing for your phone? Maybe you can download it from their website.

Connect your phone to the computer and start smartswitch do a full backup and check in smart switch on the computer while the phone is still connected for updates, 7.0 did a major update for me this way
