My Galaxy Tab 4 has been freezing when closing apps lately. Should I do a Factory Reset?

Everything is backed up so that's not a problem. When it freezes I have to press the Power, Up Volume and Home Key all at once to get it to reopen.

Hi, if you have everything backed up it might be worth while performing a factory reset - it's always worked for me in the past

First try wiping system cache via recovery. This does not clear any user data. It's just like cleaning out the junk drawer that has been accumulating over the last year.

Are you having problems with the Facebook messenger app?
The latest update is a little buggy it has trouble opening and was causing my Tab 4.7 to freeze while I was in or closing other apps.
