My Gear S3 (D95C) is stuck in Standalone mode

[AC Question]

I repaired the watch with my Pixel XL and it says connected but till does not work. I can get calls but nothing else. And it always is in Standalone. Bluetooth is on, WiFi is set to Off

Yep. This has happened to me. Doing a soft reset fixed it.
It seems like for one reason or another, I end up needing to reset my watch every 3 or 4 weeks...
