My Google Activity history is showing I used an app when I've never opened or heard of it?

I was on Google Playstore downloading font apps. I checked my activity history & in between the font apps I opened, it showed that I used the Verizon Voicemail app (never heard of it) When I click on it, it takes me to the Google Playstore but no such app exists. I had googled it & found the website for it. I have the Samsung Edge 6+ thru AT&T? Why would it show I used this app? Please help!
