My Google Pixel is stuck on a boot loop

[AC Question]

Was accessing my camera via double clicking the power button when my phone started vibrating, then went into a boot loop that I cannot get out of.
None of the recovery prompts have worked (Start, Restart Bootloader, Recovery Mode, Barcodes, Power Off [there was no Factory Reset option]) and the Verizon tech could not help either.
What can I do?

Same Problem here. But I could flash the 7.1.2 update. Problem still occurs. Sometimes it's possible to start but then after a while it shuts down and goes into booting loop.

Solutions?
