My gs3 went swimming

So a few days ago I jumped into a lake with my i535 gs3 in my pocket and to my surprise after putting it in rice for a few hours it worked perfectly fine, is that insane or is just me?

Rice is known to help dry it out, however you should have done it longer then a few hours at least a day or two

Well that's what I thought too, but it is working perfectly fine. Just proves how much better Samsung builds there phones, apposed to apple.
