I just got mine back after they had it for over a month. Most of that time it was lost in their system with no clue where it was. They basically kept telling me that I shouldn't worry about it. After a few chat sessions and then phone calls, turns out it was entered into their system wrong.

The reason I sent it in was because it would no longer connect with the phone. They fixed that. The worst thing is that once I did get it back, it's downgraded to 4.4W.1. Just got off Chat with them and they said it will not update to 5.1.1 because that causes problems with it. They wanted me to send it back in again but said that it will not be updated to 5.1.1 and that lollipop is not supported on the G Watch R. Time for more phone calls.

oh man, well good luck. my screen just died...phone still says connected and when I get notifications it still vibes. hope u get ur back up and running and I hope I don't have probs with mine
