My HTC Evo won't play any sound, how can I fix this?

my htc evo wont play any sound no sound on anything please help me.

it wont ring i get no audio at all

Welcome to Android Central! Does audio play over wired or Bluetooth headphones? If so, then either the main speaker is broken, or the headphone jack might be faulty (i.e., it constantly thinks headphones are plugged in, even when they aren't). You'd have to bring it to a repair shop.
