My HTC One M8's screen is glitching

[AC Question]

My HTC One M8 AT&T has had issues with the screen being absolutely glitched out. I can still interact with the screen, and use the buttons as if they are there, but there is no display. I also still get alerts and notifications. Can anyone help me? (I'm a noob here, so I'll try to attach pictures)
