My j3 Luna pro won't change network to LTE or 3g

It's got 3g and LTE options but still uses 2g once I try to change to 3g only it's says no service so am stuck using 2g which is slow how can I fix this problem please help

Check the 4G frequencies the phone can handle, and the 4G frequencies your carrier uses. If there's no math, you can't get 4G, LTE or not. And, since a lot of carriers have taken data off 3G, that might be why you're not getting 3G.

Or the phone may just have a couple of bad radios.

Also, maybe your area doesn't have 3G/4G coverage.
