My keyboard is not showing up

Is the Coolpad Legacy 32G SLV TMUS considered an Android? I know it's powered by Android.

Have you tried a 3rd party keyboard like Gboard or Swift key

Welcome to Android Central! Yes, it's an Android device if it runs the Android OS. If the problem persists after a reboot, then try Safe Mode: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/coolpad/coolpad-legacy/safe-mode/.

Also, make sure you didn't disable your stock keyboard app. Go to Settings>Apps, select the keyboard app, and see if there's an Enable button there.
