my kindle for android app will not open

[Android Central Question]

it updated last week and was working fine but now it just will not open. tried uninstall then reinstalled it .tried clearing all data from the app and clear cache then restart the phone. i even did a full factory reset then installed again and it still will not open?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? What happens when you try to open it -- is it just a black screen, or do you get an error message?
