My laptop gets 13mps off my wifi but my X only gets 3mbps, what up?

Check your router to see if QOS is turned on. It could be limiting bandwidth to other devices.

I always get slower WiFi on my phones and tablets. Even with QOS turned off. I think its just the lower power WiFi chips that phones and tablets use.
