My Lg Aristo wont let me dowload anything

Can someone help me my phone wont let me dowload anything from play store ive tried EVERYTHING clear cache , clear data , restart the pgone and nothing it says its an error code 500 someone please help

Welcome to the forums. Code 500 indicates an internal server error on Google's side. Has this been going on for awhile? If not, give it some time and see what happens. Have had it happen to me also.

Yes , i just bought this phone like a week ago.
It hasn't let me dowload anything from play store can anybody help?

If you haven't been able to download anything, do you have a working Google account on the phone? Have you contacted your carrier to make sure your connection is working okay.
