My LG G4 Freeze and wont turn on !!

Hello,

I was on some Shopping app, my phone freeze I waited but it turned off and never on again, I removed the battery many times and also removed the SD card but just got the logo screen on and still on for 10 min now, all buttons not dining any thing.

There are several posts in the G4 forum here about sudden failures of the G4. Apparently ones with serial number beginning with 505 to 508 are effected. Please refer to those posts for info, but at this time there is no fix other than to take it back to your carrier and try to get a replacement.

Unfortunately, it seems it cannot be fixed with software.
