My LG G6 voicemail notification wont go away

My voicemail notification wont go away on LG G6 phone tried stuff on here it doesnt work on this phone can anyone help please as its been on there for 2 weeks now

Go to the voicemail app in settings>general>apps>voicemail and then clear the data

Try to tap and hold on the notification and block it if it gets too annoying, I do that just to clean up my notification bar a little.

Just press on the notification (it will call) the press 1(it will bring you to your voicemail) then, press 7 to erase the message. If you have multiple messages, erase them all. By pressing 7 it will erase the message you are listening and bring you to the next one. When you have erase em' all, just hang up and after 5 seconds, the notification should be gone.
